  • Users of the Zoorya ERP and POS platform
  • Merchants, partners, and employees using Zoorya on web, mobile, or SUNMI POS devices
  • All services operated under the Zoorya brand, including co-branded deployments with Ethio Telecom and financial integrations with Dashen Bank

  • Full name, phone number, business license, email address
  • Usernames, passwords, and configuration details
  • Merchant profile, location, and tax registration info

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Device data: type, model (e.g., SUNMI P3 Mix), OS version
  • Geolocation for tax, delivery, and reporting services
  • IP address, usage logs, access times, error logs
  • Transaction metadata (timestamps, payment methods, terminal ID)

3. Purpose of Data Collection

We use your data to:

  • Provide core ERP, POS, and merchant services
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with ERCA, INSA, and other authorities
  • Deliver real-time support, software updates, and business insights
  • Enable secure payment, tax submission, and business automation
  • Produce aggregated, anonymized reports for system improvement

We do not sell or rent personal data.

4. Data Sharing and Legal Disclosure

We may share data only when necessary with:

  • Ethio Telecom for cloud services and support under our co-branding agreement
  • Dashen Bank and other partner banks for POS payments, settlement, and financing
  • Regulatory bodies such as the Ethiopian Ministry of Revenue and INSA, when required
  • Third-party processors under confidentiality agreements for hosting and maintenance

  • User account data is retained while the account is active or as required by law
